Projects and Ideas for Active Youth
has been established in Oradea, in March 2014. The association's vision is that all young people in Romania to be involved in a constructive and active role in the social, economic and cultural life through their own beliefs, values and decisions. The ideas of active citizenship and participative democracy are central concepts for achieving the EU 2020 Strategy’s objectives, therefore the organization is continuous developing programs and actions related to these topics.

- Advocating active citizenship towards relation between youth and public decision-makers
- Supporting young people to be involved in participatory democracy activities and to contribute to policy-making processes
- Promoting the rule of law principles among young people and other social stakeholders
- Promoting balance and equity among genders, attenuating stereotypes and encouraging tolerance for disadvantaged youngsters
- Raising awareness for young people about current opportunities regarding personal and professional development, social inclusion, culture, environment
